  My experience here has been amazing. Maryse took her time and helped me in figuring out my account, explained everything and I left with no questions. Amazing service from staff here!

  Ms.Barbara Bautista has been your employee for a long time and I personally think she is wonderful person and caring for people that come to the bank I give her 5 stars she has always been there for us if I could and you would accept 10 stars that would be wonderful.

  The slowest drive thru service in San Antonio. These people suck. Recently I posted the review above. I would like to amend the review in part. First sentence stays. Second sentence is completely unfair and untrue. It is not the employees fault that the system or services are slow moving . I apologize to the employees of Security Service on the access road of Hwy. 90. Again my most sincere apologies.

  I've had security service accounts for the last 5 years and I had to go in today and see why my debit card was stopped. Maryse Germain helped me and gave me ALOT of useful info that my technology illiterate mind didn't understand but thanks to her I now do understand!! Thank you so much.

  Service was amazing at this location. I went to request a refi on a loan and was helped by Barbara she was patient and professional. Barbara took her time and answered all my questions. The wait time was very minimal.

  I RECENTLY VISITED S.S.F.C.U. AT HWY 90 TO APPLY TO REFINANCE MY HOME AND YVETTE DE LA CRUZ HELPED ME .SHE WAS VERY KIND, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I'VE BEEN WITH THIS BANK SINCE 1988, AND WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING. YVETTE DE LA CRUZ WAS VERY WELCOMING SHE EVEN REMEMBERED ME FROM YEARS PREVIOUS.   I came into the branch today and Angela Pena was very helpful And made me feel very at ease to have to close up my husbands account after his passing I am very thankful for all her extra help again thank you Angela and the branch or everyone was very helpful to me
