  The absolute worst about knowing/following company policy on military loans. My brother in-law pawned an item here and got Military interest only to turn around and have the people at this store enter him into a regular finance agreement and resume to tell him that he was my spouse just because I am prior Military and had a retired DoD card doing a loan at the same location. One of the managers who was prior military then entered the situation to call my brother in law a liar and say that even though he was a spouse of an active duty service member, that he wasn’t entitled to the special financing. Once he spoke to the store director, he was informed that he WAS entitled to the financing even as a spouse. Not only was my brother in law and I basically told we were a homosexual couple by employees, they couldn’t even get their own policy right and wanted him to input his personal information into an iPad brought out by the store director. The DoD will be finding out about this treatment as well as the disregard of confidential and sensitive information that this company has for its institution.

  Dirty. 2 employees standing around when we entered, could tell they did not want to work we. Asked for help they just pointed to location where item was and went back to talking to each other.

  Very rude employees. Unprofessinally dressed. Female employees seem to have poor hygiene. High prices for low quality equipment. I went to Action Pawn the other day to buy a movie, after purchasing the movie I realized it was the wrong disc so I went back to return it, after doing so I watched an employee but the same movie with the wrong disc back on the shelf.

  Horrible experience. I asked someone for help and they just looked at me and walked past. The rest didnt know the prices or what they had in the store. The register person tried to walk away with my credit card.

  Brian in the guns and ammo section was awesome!!! He help my girlfriend and I find the right guns to match our budget, plus he was more than happy to answer any questions we had about the buying process or about our new firearms.

  They sold me an xbox one, and the serial number didn't even match the one on the receipt. So when I went to go return it to get my money back, they claimed they could only give me 60% back of what I payed. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go, nor would I go back.

  Great experience every time I go. I'm going to change my review due to some most recent events my wife is disabled an amputee in a wheelchair they where rude to her didn't care to help I'm no longer after years of doing business with this pawn shop of ever stepping another foot in this or any other location my 5 star would be an absolute 0 if I could

  Horrible place to sale, pawn stuff. How are you going to offer someone $100.00 something new never used when I bought it for well over $1000.00. "Im taking a chance" when they just bought 2 purses for over $1000.00..

  I was so impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the guy in guns named bryan. he was the only one that seemed to be enjoying his line of work during the busy time on saturday the 1st of july. his way with customers and his service to make sure they get the fire arm that is suitable for there lifestyle is just amazing. well he taught me and my wife everything we needed to know before purchasing. even cared enough to ask if there were any kids in the house and when we answered yes informed us of gun saftey and gave us a trigger lock just for extra precaution. this guy just outshines everyone that ive encountered when i visit. glad yall got someone that takes pride in his work and service to customers. keep it up bryan

  WORST PAWN SHOP!! The guys in here are lazy, walking around doing nothing or coming from the back while there's a line!!! Managers don't say anything cause they guys too! Took forever to ring up my sale! Rather go to the girl at least she's on top of things and helping.
