  I’m trying to find a phone number for a branch near me and they don’t have one. Phone is still relevant these days isn’t it? My purpose is to save time, money and effort. Poor service.

  I am so in love with this credit union. They have been so helpful and nice to me when I went in for a friend that not only did I sign myself up for an account but I referred several family members who also signed up and they love it as well.

  I had so many issues with this bank ATM ... if u a person that needs a bank for daily deposit thru an ATM dont use this shady institution... I always have issues with their ATMs is been times were more then 2 locations their ATMs are down... I never had issues with no one ... only with this bank... im serious about this bank I took pics to proof it...

  My wife and I love this bank. They are super friendly and helpful. I will not be switching anytime soon. Thank you NFCU. God Bless our troops.

  At 1st I loved navy federal. then i had a few pay days fall on hollidays, my employer moved our pay day up and every one at my work got their checks except for us who bank at navy federal. Ours were left for multiple days in pending status, not sure why every other bank can get their customers money to them on their paydays but navy federal can not! I have since swithced to another great credit union and hav eno issues i still maintain my NFCU account but with very limited funds. Another issue is that you can not find the branch specific phone numbers. only 1800

  Very disappointed, the systems have been down for the last 4 hours and I can't access my money and they can't even tell me it's I can get it out if I go to a branch. All they can say is keep calling back, should have stayed with USAA because I never had this problem with them.

  The new location is absolutely terrible. Big pot holes, lots of traffic, long waits. They should've kept the old culebra location.

  This location replaced the one I use to go on culebra and it has been a disappointment. I mainly use the atm to deposit and withdraw but these hardly work. I just went to make a deposit and was greeted by a huge line because one of the machines was down.This is a recuring scene and its later in the evening not during the busiest part of the day. These machines are suppose to be convenient and have been the opposite.

  Nice place. Clean. Teller nice & polite. They did not overwhelmed the customer.
