  I have 3 vehicles on my policy called to remove one and they charge $25 dollars which I paid immediately just to be told I was only saving $5 on my policy. My truck is being worked on so thought I would save $. I asked to cancel and leave the vehicle on and they said too late. Didn't offer solution or say anything. I will definitely be changing to a different insurance carrier.

  Don’t forget to ask for a copy of your proof of insurance. For some reason they won’t give you one without asking for it.

  As first time car buyers for my husband and I, we were given all these amounts from different insurance companies kinda scaring us off thinking if we made the right decision In purchasing a new vehicle. We were referred to Amax, and Corina helped us out. She is amazing! She explains everything very thoroughly and found us the best rate possible. Her customer service is wonderful.   I’ve been insured with AMAX for a few years and after a few months of being off my policy I called to get coverage, once again the customer service at this location was exceptional. Joanna was so helpful and made the process of getting covered again so quick and simple, I was off the phone and insured again in under 15 minutes and the price for the policy is AMAZING! Thank you so much for yalls help and I will definitely keep referring family and friends to you guys!

  Corina has been just amazing. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we were able to get affordable insurance coverage for both of our vehicles under full coverage. We just purchased a new vehicle and she found us another company through amax that would fit our needs and our budget. Thanks AMAX for being amazing! So glad we have you guys. :-)

  Do not go to this place. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. I’ve been a customer for over a year and never really had issue until recently. I called to make my basic monthly payment like normal. Corina from this store took my payment then called me back 15 to 20 min later telling me she misread the screen and the payment she took was for my reinstatement and I still owed $66 dollars. I had asked her if I do make that payment before the end of the 2 weeks if I would have to pay anything else and she told me no that I wouldn’t have to pay until April and that she would make a note saying that was all I owed. Understand, makes sense. I called today to make the $66 dollars to keep my insurance and Corina decidedes to tell me that I owe $66 dollars to renew my insurance but that I would have to pay another $78 dollars in the next 3 days in order to keep till my car insured. How does it go from $66 to $144. Corina told me that if I didn’t want to pay it I can just cancel it. I asked Corina for the corporate office number and she decides to give me a number that sends me to the nearest retail store, not the corporate office. I ended up talking with the amax on Rigsby and Kendall was such a blessing. She help me find the problem and fix it. I will now be doing my business with Kendall and her store on Rigsby.

  Is the best insurance I had ever had. Good rates, awesome cuties. Customer service is the best in town. Specially Stephanie Palacios, she always goes beyond to make sure we are satisfy with our rates! Always helpful and with a smile.
