  Each and every time I talk to them on the phone there are very nice and very helpful. We just had a car accident ,they allowed the insurance company to send the check and paperwork to them so they could notarize everything for us and take care of the paperwork for us. We was able to check a whole lot sooner. We insure our home and our rental property as well as all our cars with them so we're very happy.

  I was dreading the move to North Carolina but the girls in the office made it a lot less stressful. They got everything together for me before we even moved. I bundled a few services and was able to save some money. THe auto insurance rate I got was much lower than I anticipated as well. I would definitely suggest this agency.
