  This is the best Lender in the RTP! Kearny Davis, owner of the firm, always made time for our questions as we sought to buy in the Triangle’s most historically competitive market. Not only did he help us problem solve our approval, but he presented us with varying options to secure the best possible interest rate! In addition to Mr. Davis’s friendliness and expert customer care, his tools for previewing interest rates with the acquisition of target credit scores - this sold us on his services! In other words, Mr. Davis successfully helped us identify debts that needed to be paid so we could get the best possible mortgage installment… Don’t spend anymore time looking for a lender.   Kearny was extremely helpful and very responsive through every step of our home buying process. He answered any and all questions we had over the course of 8 months while our new home was being built.   I recommend Kearny Davis and Carolina Home Mortgage. Mr. Davis is very knowledgeable and answers questions clearly--an all-around good guide to the complicated parts of the mortgage process. He made the application seem easy, we got a competitive rate, and the realtor and closing attorney commented that Carolina Home Mortgage had been easy to work with. They were recommended to me by family members who also had a good experience.

  I had a very good experience with CHM... twice. When we bought our first (and only) house, we started with an out-of-state credit union that offered us a very competitive interest rate. Unfortunately, they brought in an appraiser from Raleigh who didn't know our market and our appraisal came in lower than the offering price on the house. We thought the whole deal was going to fall through. Our real estate agent suggested we try Carolina Home Mortgage, and they made the process so easy. CHM brought in a well-qualified appraiser, a local title attorney, and talked us through the various fees. Kearny, the owner, personally handled our mortgage and was always available by phone. He explained what we needed to do at each step of the process. When we decided to refi, we went back to Carolina Home Mortgage, and they were a pleasure to work with again. Kearny made sure our mortgage was prioritized and processed before our rate lock expired and a federal rate increase went into effect. We ended up with a rate more than a quarter of a point lower than any other mortgage broker offered us. Can't recommend Carolina Home Mortgage highly enough.

  I had a great experience with Carolina Home Mortgage. Kearny, Mary, and Grace were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and admittedly, some anxieties. Kearny was fantastic - he actually called me from his vacation to reassure me and answer my questions when I sent him a stressed out email at one point. Mary and Grace also went above and beyond to answer my every email and phone call promptly and patiently and walked me through the entire approval process and all of the documentation needed. It's also worth mentioning that I was able to get a considerably lower interest rate through Carolina Home Mortgage than anyone else I talked to, which of course was also wonderful. Thanks to everyone at Carolina Home Mortgage for making my first mortgage experience a positive one!
