  I am writing this because I need everyone to be aware. I have had my loan for over 1.5 years and paid every payment on time. I was never informed that I had to have full coverage on my car insurance or "One Main Financial" would put me on force placed insurance. Well, I got a letter in the mail and they did! I called my State Farm agent and had to add more coverage. I was never made aware I needed full coverage at the beginning of my loan, this happened when I refinanced. I am extremely upset and now my car insurance monthly is crazy expensive. The communication sucks and if that was such a huge important factor, I was never told! Bad business!

  Awesome staff. Very knowledgeable and respectful. They managed to cut my car payment in half. I would recommend One Main and this office to anyone. Their personal loans are reasonable and payment options are great. I really appreciate One Main and this staff.

  Do you trust what you're being told because, they have proven to be unethical and untrustworthy. The staff doesn't follow through with what they tell you and refuses to submit documents on your behalf in a timely fashion because they want to force you to stay in debt with them. I would never recommend anyone to get involve with this company. If I could give them a zero, I would.

  My experience is always fast and friendly. Whom ever is working with me follows up and makes sure the process is as easy as possible for me. I would recommend them to everyone if you are in need of a fast easy loan process.

  They closed at 7pm yesterday I arrived around 6:45 a employee was leaving at this time turned her back to me and locked the door. She told me I could put my papers in the drop box, turned and walked away to her vehicle. Total disregard and disrespect. Another employee had to come unlock the door to assist me.

  The worse place to try to get a loan. I did an application online got approved. But then when I call to get an appointment to go in they tell me I am denied. How can you go from being approved to denied in less than 48 hours?

  Seems like yet another title loan company designed to work in states that ban title loans. Another scam company preying on the sub-prime credit market.

  I would like to thank Joe and all the ladies in the office for helping with our loan and getting us in and out of the office in a matter of 30 minutes with all the paperwork had to be done this was our first time using this company I can’t wait to pay the loan off and come back for Another loan,, Thanks Guys
