  When I say that Whitney and her team saved us, I am not exaggerating. When our original bank lender fell through the day before we were set to close, our realtor encouraged us to reach out to Whitney. After talking us off the ledge, Whitney assured us that she could come through with a loan within 8 (that's right, 8!) business days, which was within the acceptable date range of our seller. She matched (and then subsequently beat) the interest rate from our initial lender. Whereas our initial lender left us largely in the dark throughout the process, Whitney was upfront and knowledgeable. We were frantic and frazzled first time home buyers, and she took the time to walk us through all of the rules and red tape. Her approach is personalized, efficient, and fair. We literally owe her our house!

  Whitney and her team did a wonderful job with our refinance, answering questions quickly and keeping things moving along! Closing took less than a month and was all online except for the notary who came to our house. Fantastic, would definitely call Whitney again :)

  Everyone that I worked with from Carolina Ventures was so helpful and responsive.   Whitney took the stress out of purchasing me and my husband's first home. She was kind, responsive, and thorough which made us feel more at ease knowing that our loan, from the pre-approval letter to the final loan document, was taken care of.
