  Thomas Hocking is literally the best loan officer I've ever worked with. He simply doesn't quit. He may have hundreds of clients but always makes you feel as though you're his only client. I've recommended him to everyone in my family looking for a mortgage person and will highly recommend to any of my friends who may need someone who'll simply get the job done. I can't express in words how good Thomas is!!!!

  Great experience working with the team at Ocean Lending. While everyone was so excellent with helping answer questions, Ron and Jose really stand out as having the best customer service. Ron kept me informed on every issue and walked me thru anything I needed help with. I look forward to working with them again on any future loan needs.

  Ocean Lending is one the most incompetent companies that I've ever done business with, mortgage lending or otherwise. There was very little attention to detail, poor communications, missed deadlines, incorrect information and rates, etc. In fact, I never received one disclosure that was 100% correct. After 2 months of terrible customer service, I was ultimately denied for a loan program that was designed for my special circumstances. The loan denial was probably the best news I received from them because there was no way that I could've moved forward with them at that point. I talked to the President of the company and he was just as clueless as the loan adviser I initially worked with. You have been warned, please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this rudderless ship of a company.

  I had an excellent experience working with Ocean Lending, specifically with Destin and Aimee, who were always on top of things from beginning to end! Destin tailored a loan that was custom to our goals providing suggestions and considerations into the many choices available and enabling us to make an informed decision on what would be the best loan for us. Both Destin and Aimee were very prompt in keeping the loan process moving along until we closed! I HIGHLY recommend them! Mahalo!

  I am very pleased with my experience using Ocean Lenders of Mission Viejo California. From the beginning, the process was simple and clear. each step was explained and basically, all I had to do was download, read the required docs and then electronic sign/initial at the highlighted areas. All the staff that I dealt with were professional and encouraging. I definitely will use Ocean Lending for any future home financing needs.
