  Shawn Brown worked 3 mortgages for me for 2 properties and has made the process as seamless as possible. He made himself available at all hours to field questions and concerns when necessary. He also made it a habit of following up with me for updates which made it especially comforting during the period when he was working 2 separate mortgages for me at the same time.   This was my first time working with Shawn and it was great he was very knowledgeable and was able to assist with all my questions. He was very flexible and very accommodating in providing me anything that was needed to a smooth refinance. He also gave me various options and broke it down in simple terms so I was able to understand all options. He gave me a timeline and he stick to it until the transaction was completed. I will definitely be going to him in the future and will recommend him to all family and friends.

  Shawn got me into an FHA loan when other lenders would not. And after 10 months of good payment history he got me into a conventional loan. Shawn walked me through every step, held my hand when I needed it. And, He is a pleasure to work with.

  Shawn, and the Team at California Coastal Loans helped us buy our first home. We closed in 35 days, Shawn himself was our loan officer and made the transaction as smooth as silk. Really appreciate everything you and the Team did for us. This is a easy 5 stars Shawn and team are knowledgeable and helped us through some pretty sizable hurdles. The transaction was still completed under 45 days for our VA loan.
