  Working with David Stoll was the best experience that I have ever been through in buying a home . He came through and closed our escrow within 11 days . He was very easy to work with very understanding to our unique financial information . He was very responsive to all of our questions never left us hanging . Has a great personality very positive . And I would highly recommend him to anyone family or friends . We are so happy in our new home . David is someone I would definitely come back to if we ever decide to relocate for retirement or who knows what our future takes us.   I tried to work with a few mortgage consultants before I met David and each one of them over promised and failed to secure the loan. They dropped the ball right when it came to removing contingencies. It was very frustrating... Securing a loan for a second property is not easy, and I believe it required the guidance of someone with a stellar reputation. I am very lucky to have worked with David. David is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He is very insightful, and helped me assess my financial scenario. He found the best mortgage that fit my overall goals.
