  Troy with C2 Financial is always helpful and professional when it comes to our mortgage needs. He has also helped us with a reverse mortgage and how to start the process. Troy is also licensed in many other states in case we are interested in a property outside CA.

  Troy was always extremely helpful, available and willing to spend time breaking things down in to simple concepts. He created youtube videos for us that were also incredibly helpful. He screen shares while reviewing documents and explains everything you need to know, walking you through terms and explaining the process in detail, even line by line at times. This was invaluable for us as we were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions. Troy also made himself available at all times, including weekends and the occasional late night when we had an urgent question. Having Troy on our side made us feel so comfortable and confident about the process. I would highly recommend him whether you're buying a home for the first time or you're an experienced buyer looking for an easy close.

  This was our second home purchase that we worked with Troy on and it couldn’t have been easier!   From start to finish Troy has been personable, patient, and professional. Being first time home buyers my husband and I weren't sure what to expect but were absolutely blown away by his attention to detail and consistent availability answering any and all questions we had. He took the time to get to know us as people to best suit our needs and gave us several options for loans even providing us information on special programs we could qualify for to get us the best deal. The information he provided us was easy to navigate and even gave us videos and emails to keep us up to date on every step of the journey.   Troy is a total expert in his field and he is always willing to take the time explain things. He always answers my calls even when everyone else has shut down their office and gone home. He will get you the best rate possible due to his great relationship with multiple lenders. He has always been very honest and trustworthy. Best way to describe him is a guy who under promises and over delivers.

  Troy was amazing for our very complicated refinance. He made the entire process feel simple when we knew it wasn’t.
