  Ive been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak with a representative to open an account for my son. In general, I really like schools first, but it shouldn’t take me 30 minutes just to talk to someone.

  This is hand down the BEST bank period. I'm not just saying that. They truly care about their members and they have some of the easiest financing terms you'll find and most generous lending practices PERIOD. They even finance salvaged vehicles.... NO ONE DOES THIS! I love telling lenders what my interest rate is and their response is always.... "we can't touch that"! We have purchased 6 vehicles from them and you better believe that our house loan will be through them as well. They have earned a customer for life!

  Best bank I have every used by far. I have been a member for 21 years and have used many banks. These guys have great service, great prices, and no BS fees ever. It feels like this bank is on the customers side, not in it to make money off of you.

  This Schools First is the best. The most helpful bank out there. My car loan and personal loan were super easy and the staff is always helpful and friendly and empathetic to my needs. Today Chiara went out of her way to help me and was the best person I've ever interacted with in a bank.

  We love Schools First! The staff are always friendly and cheerful and they get you on your way quickly. I have received the best rates on loans and savings of any bank or credit union here at Schools First.

  Been a member for over 25 years I wouldn't go anywhere else. I even moved States and kept the bank. They have locations all over the United States or at least kiosks and Affiliated entities.

  Love this bank. Hate the ATMs. They will not accept cash deposits and will spit all your cash out. As if it wasn’t inconvenient enough to have to find a SFFCU bank/atm to begin with. So frustrating!
