  Pam is amazing! She put our worries to rest when we started to look into housing with prices so high and interest rates rising. We met Pam through our real estate agent and we found out that they are truly the dream team. Not only did we get our loan approved so quickly but we also closed within a few weeks. To start, as first-time home buyers, we had no clue what we were getting ourselves into and had a million questions. Pam answered all of them and more. She is always available to talk to no matter the time. She was always transparent and kept us updated during the entire process. I would happily recommend Pam and OC Mortgage Solutions to anyone looking for a great lender. They will be our first call when looking to refinance or purchase a new home in the future.

  This review for Pam and her team is very long overdue, however, Pam and her team did such a wonderful job, the need to write a review and share the experience remained as a constant "to-do action" in the back of my mind. I have worked with Pam twice, once when my wife and I bought our first home together several years ago, and then again when we refinanced a few months ago. Both times, Pam was responsive, listened to all my concerns, gave great realistic/truthful advice, assessed potential risks with us, and simply helped my family and I find solutions to our unique circumstances. I emphatically recommend Pam for your Mortgage needs. I have already recommended her to my family and friends, and encourage others to give her an opportunity and trust her with one of your life's major decisions.

  I can easily sit here and write an essay about Pam and OC Mortgage Solutions so let me get straight to the point! Pam is definitely in the elite class of mortgage brokers in OC. My fiance and I were in the market for our first home and we were referred to her by some close friends. From the very get go Pam engaged us with her professionalism and excellent customer service in obtaining on what our goal was, and that was ultimately to put in an offer and close in about 2 months time. Her years of experience in the business really shows with her involvement throughout the entire process. She really does care for her clients and will work diligently to solve any issues that may arise. No home loan ever has the same circumstances, especially with ours. We encountered several issues that could of potentially stopped us from owning but with the help of Pam we were able to close ahead of schedule! She will work around the clock and contact the right people whether it be your representing agent, the escrow company and the lender themselves, to make your home buying journey as less stressful as possible. Over all, we would highly recommend Pam to anyone in the market for a home. You will not regret going to her! Thank you Pam and OC Mortgage Solutions for all the hard work.   My family and I just bought our first home. Pam was so helpful—she knew exactly what information and documents are needed and responded quickly to every email and text. She was able to get us good rates. Pam was very easy to work with, especially with the documents required. We were able to move to our new place within a month.

  Everything about OC Mortgage Solutions is great!!! If you open the dictionary and look up what a mortgage broker means you will see Pam. Pam is the best mortgage broker hands down. I just bought a house with her during COVID 19. 5 stars all around from knowledge, experience, service, speed, transparent, communicative and efficient. There is no other mortgage broker out there who will work as hard as Pam. She is best for all types of buyers, first time, investing, refinancing, everything!! Don't waste your time going with someone else who is slower and less tech savvy. Pam is the fastest mortgage broker out there that will get it done!!

  Hands down to Pam !!! I highly recommend Pam as a realtor and mortgage broker ! I have never had someone be so patient , dedicated , detailed oriented , intelligent , and most of all professional. Pam provided me with every updates and keeps me up to date with the progress of getting me loan funded. Pam is available 24/7 and yes even on the weekends with any questions or concerns I had . Pam does not cut corners , she makes sure all of the documents and information are accurate before I sign anything . Pam promises , she delivers; she is true to her words. I want you all to know from the bottom of my heart. Pam THANK YOU for everything you have done for me to make my loan process go so smoothly. YOU are the BEST !!   I don't typically write reviews. But every once in a while I experience a product or service that compels me to want to tell people. It doesn't happen often, but I am compelled to tell you about Pam and OC Mortgage Solutions. As a finance professional myself, I had always believed mortgage brokers were for people with poor credit and ultimately an extra layer of fees. After working with my major bank for weeks on a refinance, and not receiving the service I wanted, a friend of mind suggested I call Pam. After some persuading...I did. 10 minutes after my first call with, I received an email from her with a detailed list of exactly what she needed to complete my loan package. She was straight forward and detailed...I appreciate that. I was surprised to see not only was her rate .25 lower than my major bank, but that I would also not need to have an appraisal completed on my home. Both of those sounded too good to be true. Over the next couple weeks, Pam followed up frequently and kept me informed of the progress. She was always available to respond to my questions, even on weekends. (I hear from my friend that's Pams common practice) Well my loan closed without a single issue. When my bank called to let me know they were ready to proceed on my loan, I was forced to inform them I had a lower rate and no appraisal through Pam. I like my bank and wanted them to earn the business. Bottom line is, they cant do what Pam did. Theres a reason why Pam has a five star rating and I can vouch it is well deserved. I continue to refer business to Pam with the utmost confidence in how she will service my friends and colleagues.

  The five star reviews are right- Pam really is amazing! I got in touch with Pam months before we started shopping for a place, and she was incredibly generous with her time explaining the process to me. (I was unfamiliar with the process for buying a property in CA, and had limited US credit history after living abroad for a long time.) When we started looking, Pam and Tai did a fantastic job helping us to find a place, and negotiated strongly on our behalf to get a good deal. I never had to chase anything up - Pam anticipated everything and was always a step ahead (which is unusual for me, as I'm very organized). I always felt like I was Pam's #1 client, even for our relatively modest (by CA standards!) home purchase. I would give six stars if I could, and recommend them without any hesitation.

  I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Pam Nguyen of OC Mortgage Solutions. I was relocating across country and with very little knowledge about the Southern California area and how to find the right place. When I spoke with Pam I knew instantly that she was the one for me. She is very honest, hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of me. Pam has a lot of experience not only as a Mortgage broker but additionally also as a realtor and I believe that gives her the edge to the business. Not only did she represent me in a strong yet professional manner she has also treated me like a family member when I was in a vulnerable situation of moving across country with a major personal life change. I would have to say with every certainty that she has not only met my expectations but greatly exceeded them. She's the best of the best and I'm thankful to her for representing me.
