  Madelyn was referred to me by a trusted friend who had used her a few months prior for the loan on their home. My wife and I came to her with high expectations and she absolutely delivered on those. As a first time home buyer we understood we were going to be more work than somebody who has been through the process before, but Madelyn never allowed us to feel like we were a burden when we came to her with questions. Her response time was rapid and she was always happy to update us on the status of our loan. My wife and I don't have a traditional tax situation, but Madelyn is such a whiz that it didn't slow our loan down at all. I would highly recommend her, and will be using her again without question for any of my loan needs moving forward.

  I have worked with Madelyn for over seven years at three different companies. A few things stand out about Madelyn, 1st, her perseverance and ability to problem-solve. Residential financing, especially purchase loans, has so many moving parts, and she can coordinate successful, on-time funding for all of her clients. 2nd, she is always available for her clients and realtors and seems always to be working! Lastly, she really cares about each and every one of her clients.

  Madelyn at ML Home Loans was a Godsend to our family! She worked with my senior dad and me on a refinance. Omg, she has the patience of Job. She knows her stuff, Madelyn is very knowledgeable about trends in the lending industry. She informed us of the benefits of our different loan options. She was very caring and attentive to our needs. She promoted transparency and wasn't judgmental one bit. Her response time was great, whenever our attorney needed any documentation, she sent it right away. Whenever there were any roadblocks, she got on the phone and spoke directly to whomever to ensure we received what we needed. I am so grateful for her service. We spoke and texted so much, I actually miss checking in with her. I highly recommend ML Home Loans!!
