  Succeeded where others failed. Kirsten Levin, the person who handled our re-finance, was unstoppable! My spouse had tried twice over the past ten years to get our mortgage refinanced. We have a rather complex mortgage with multiple subordinations and these complications stopped others dead in their tracks. Not Kirsten. She powered through, time and time again, making sure that these obstacles, averted by others less-willing, did not get in the way of our refinance. Not only did she overcome those obstacles, but also faced challenges with the underwriting and the loan processing head on, and overcame them as well. I honestly don't know if we would have been able to get this done without her and the team at Landmark. Thank you! And, if that wasn't enough, she saved us a lot of money!
