  Cindy and Gina at NB Realty made my first time purchase a breeze! They answered all of my questions quickly, explained the purchasing process repeatedly to me (i had many and often) and calmed my anxious nerves with every step of the process. So happy I chose to go with such an experienced team!

  If you are looking for a realtor in Ocean Shores, RUN do not walk from this agency. Recently sold a friend property, paid $46k CASH. THEY SOLD HER THE WRONG PROPERTY! Selling agent, came to her, AFTER, closing AND in HER name, and said, I sold you the wrong property. So after speaking with owner of NBR, who didn't like being told of HER companies HUGE problem, she, less than professional, using the F word, she was was LESS than professional, no apology, no compassion, her comment, of well serve me, I will turn it over to my insurance company. So ok. Guess you will be. My friend did get her $46k back, BUT, life was totally upended, anxiety, tears,. SHAME ON THEM

  Great experience. Bruce Frazier is my realtor and he handled everything for me to purchase some land. Everyone in the office was friendly and very welcoming. They would be my first choice if looking for property in that area.

  We had a great start with Dan but we were misled from the beginning . Cindy is the broker but takes no responsibility for the experience of clients. She doesn't follow through on things she said she would. Truly a frustrating and stress inducing process.

  Can't say enough good things about these folks. Cindy and Gina are the absolute best. They put you first and foremost regardless if you are the buyer or seller, in our case, both.

  Regardless if you're the seller or buyer and you want the job done, and done right, North Beach Realty in Ocean Shores, WA 98569 is the team you want!! Whenever I went into the office the vibe was always upbeat, energetic, welcoming, personable in a "glad you stopped by" kind of way, and of course very professional taking care of every business detail. I was the seller. My agent/broker was Cindy Thuirer and her assistant Gina are a phenomenal team.
