  We came to Ocean Shores looking for a lot or property to set up an RV hookup so we could come down more often to this great little town, and to see my wife's parents :-) While compiling our list of properties to look at the next Saturday we saw our new home pop up on the website we were browsing. It caught our eye! It just so happens that there was going to be an open house the same day we were in town from Seattle put on by Lori. We reviewed the properties and then came to the house. We walked in and Lori and her wonderful husband Tom greeted us very warmly. We fell in love immediately with the home. I was speaking with Lori about where we lived and she told us that she had an office in our area and that she could help us sell our home in Seattle, and purchase our home in Ocean Shores. She even had a great lender to work with, it was all so seamless! The owners of the home in Ocean Shores had left some furniture in the home for staging and Lori took great effort to get it all sold/removed from the home before we arrived. She even met with our house cleaner to let them in to complete a final clean before we arrived so it was all shiny and new. Lori was very knowledgeable and nice throughout the whole process, it made moving over 100 miles easy. We plan on purchasing a small property back in Seattle so we can get our city on once in a while and be close to family, we will definitely be having Lori partner with us to make it happen. Many thanks and appreciation to Lori, she's the BEST!!!!

  Lori was a pleasure to work with during the marketing and sale of the property. She has a great knowledge of local values and trends.   Lori was fantastic from start to finish. We were going threw a difficult time with the loss of a loved one and Lori handled all business perfectly and was so helpful with the sale process. I would definitely give her more stars if they were available. Thank you so much Lori for the sale of both properties. You won't find a better Realitor In my opinion.

  Lori is an outstanding agent. She helped me find and purchase a new home and was really willing to go the extra mile. I’m disabled and homebound so this involved a lot of extra time on her part, video conferencing from prospective properties, meeting with owners, their agents, contractors, etc., and communicating fully and effectively even when my needs required much extra effort.   We are very glad we chose Loir to sell our much-loved beach house. She did a wonderful job staging the entire house in a beachy theme that kept the homey feel and added fun possibilities.   Having been in Maple Valley for a month( almost) and we love this place. We have been enjoying more time with our little one at our back yard, we have been like the restaurants a lot, from asian food to Thai food, to American food. I We have been loving the surrounding mountains and greens, we have been so happy getting Lori Patch as our agent who knows this area well and give us a lot education on house purchasing.   Listing a house during Covid-19 was quite the experience. Thankfully, Lori made it easy. We had unique challenges but she just got it done. She staged the entire house even the laundry room. She is detailed, professional, courteous, friendly and highly experienced. We closed a day early with no issues.
