  One star wonders If you’re looking for an aggressive realtors who will have your best interests as their priority your at the wrong location. It is very entertaining to see other people point out the obvious, this married couple just happens to be the most complained about in ocean shores from other real estate agents. These two agents are very very lazy it may be the new standard for Ocean shores.

  My realtor is easily overwhelmed and unprofessional. There is zero sense of urgency, zero initiative and little to no communication. If you’re looking for an aggressive realtor who will have your best interests as their priority you NEED to go some where else. My experience with my agent and this agency has been a complete nightmare.

  I bought a brand new home In Ocean Shores that was listed by Laurie Christian Real Estate. It has been the worst business transaction I have ever had. The home was a brand new build. It was not finished and much of the construction was totally inferior. Laurie Christian are the most unethical people I have ever dealt with. The entire process has cost me tens of thousands of dollars, and as a senior, it has compromised my health. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about these two people.

  I was looking to obtain information and ultimately purchase a building lot in Ocean Shores for future retirement. The original lot I was interested was listed by another agency, so naturally I contacted them first and to say I was underwhelmed is being generous. So I did some research and contacted Laurie Christian Real Estate. I called late afternoon and wasn't expecting to be contacted until the next day, but the office said they would have Christian contact me right away and he did. I explained to Christian what I was looking for and that I had never purchased a building lot and it was all new to me. Christian took the time to understand the vision, concerns and ultimate goal of what my wife and I were trying to accomplish. Christian and I spoke on a Wednesday and we were looking at lots that Saturday. Christian certainly knows the area, the people and values. If all realtors would follow the standard Christian set with us the industry would be much better off. Christian was never sales heavy and he was honest, he wanted to give us as much time as we needed and he was never annoyed by the amount of properties we looked at. Thanks to Christian, we were able to find our dream lot and ultimately closed on it at an incredible value. All that said, if you are in the market for a realtor, do not hesitate to use the Laurie Christian Agency.

  I can't thank Laurie & Christian enough. They are wonderful people that went beyond the call of duty for us. We made a mistake that hurt no one. But the other side made it out like we did a unforgettable offense. We saw how realty can get ugly fast. But Laurie and Christian were there for us through it all. We are very happy with our new home too. Thank you two so much for the trouble we caused and being there with us.

  Laurie & Christian are a great team. Selling one home in another state while buying another here in Ocean Shores proved to be a significant challenge. However, Laurie and Christian were on their game and carefully guided us through the entire process. Service after the sale exceeded my expectations. They ensured punch list items were communicated to the builder, monitored repair progress, and truley advocated on our behalf. We could not be happier with the outcome.
