  I just bought my first house, I was expecting to be stressed the entire time and feel overwhelmed. I felt completely supported and like I was in the absolute best hands with Kevin. He responded to my many questions quickly and was VERY knowledgeable. There was never a moment in the process where I didn’t feel confident but more importantly comfortable because Kevin was honest, transparent, educated, and helpful in so many ways. I even expressed some discomfort I felt with my original lender and he offered to get me connected with who they go through if I wanted and I made a last minute switch to a new lender and they were amazing as well! The entire Spivey team and their partners and absolutely a dream to work with I can’t even put in to words how strongly I recommend them. Thank you Kevin, Lindsey, Candice, Katie, and Kaylan for helping get me in to my new home!

  When I made the decision to sell our vacation cabin, I saw a billboard in Aberdeen, WA with the Spivey Realty Group on it. Something drew me to it and I made the call the next morning. I left a message and Kevin returned my call right away. He thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns and was never pushy. I had to leave the cabin with a broken woodstove pipe situation that I could get no resolve for. He arranged for a repair the next day! The Spivey Group definitely has at-your-finger-tips resources. By week end, the listing went live and within 4 hours we had the 1st offer. We gave it the full 48 hours, chose our bid, and the cabin was sold. From there out, Kevin was always available to answer questions, keep me posted on progress, and patiently endured my tales of lots of tears for saying farewell to the place. I highly recommend Kevin and this group to handle your real estate decisions. Huge kudos to The Spivey Group. And a special heart-felt thanks to Kevin.

  Kevin was an absolute dream to work with. The right amount of optimistic while still keeping our heads from getting too far in the clouds. He helped us find and close on our forever home and we couldn't be more grateful and also impressed at how well he guided us through the process as first time home buyers. I currently suggest him to anyone I overhear asking about buying homes. The whole Spivey team is very knowledgeable and you really couldn't ask for nicer people to be dealing with when things inevitably get stressful.

  My experience with Spivey Realty Group was an absolute pleasure. Kevin was able to make time for me on rather short notice to help me with a few questions I had, being new to the home buying process. The entire meeting (nearly 2 hours) I felt comfortable asking all of my questions and received extremely useful advice! Anything Kevin couldn't help me with, he made sure that he gave me the resources to get the answers I needed. The professionalism Kevin exhibits while maintaining to make a stranger feel like family truly warmed my heart! 10/10

  We had a great experience with Spivey Realty Group! Kevin was always approachable, responded promptly and helped answer any questions throughout the entire process. He was also very patient with showing us several different houses over several months and even took my in-laws to a few houses when they were in town. :)
