  Working with Trey Robertson and his staff at Nortex is indeed a pleasure and a very positive experience. I have just completed my second mortgage approval process with Trey and will go there again should the need ever arise. Trey, Teri, and Reggie are not only very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient but they are all also very personable, cordial, and engaging. It is very obvious that they are interested in the needs of their customers and they strive to communicate in such a way as to streamline the process and make it as easy and efficient as possible.   We needed a re-finance on our home so as to pay of some debt and put in a pool. A co-worker recommended Nortex Mortgage as they had had a great experience with them on their refi. I contacted Trey Robertson directly and he walked me through the process. To my surprise I found the process to be extremely easy. Mr. Robertson and his staff was amazing. They answered my multitude of emails quickly and where always available to discuss the parameters of my refi on the phone. The entire process was quick and painless. The use of digital signing of documents made the back and forth much quicker. I couldn't be more happy with the level of service I received from Mr. Robertson and his staff.   I used Trey for the purchase of my first home, and, a few years later, for the refinancing of my home. Both times he was excellent to work.
