  When I spoke with Adrian on Monday and said I needed to close by that Friday I didn’t think it was realistic when he said no problem. He facilitated every step. I had some good things on my side and with his help I was able to close on the date requested. The title company did not process the wire in time but the funds were there Monday morning at 9:30am. I highly recommend Adrian and Wildcat Lending.

  Carlo and the team at Wildcat have been great, it started with scrambling to find someone who would lend to us on a deal after our hard money lender at the time completely pulled a loan from us as soon as the pandemic hit. Carlo was confident about closing and we got the deal closed with Wildcat less than 2 weeks later. We have done multiple deals with them and you can tell they know the ins and outs of the business.

  Greatness!! As an Investor, sometimes, I can be pretty demanding. 2 of the most important things I look for in a lender are communication and following through on timelines. Adrian Moreno did just that! In fact, when I called on certain things, many times he was already working on it!! Thanks Adrian, great job! Especially for answering all my questions!
