  It was great working with Hua. He provided the best available rates for us. I guess that's the first thing most of us are looking after. He was very professional, and kept us informed of everything. For all the documents, he went through every single item with us and explained the terms very clearly. They also had a quick turnaround. It took them a couple of weeks to get the loan approved with just a few items pending, which they didn't have control, such as home inspection. We'll come back again to him when we have any future lending needs.

  First Lending did a great job on our closing and refinance to finish within a small time frame. They gave the best rate and their customer service is awesome. I really appreciate the hard work of Kathy and Allen. They pushed things up to finish as early as they could. Allen explained all of my concerns and replied in short time.   I first contacted Li Zhou for a rate quote and he responded right away even late in the evening. First Lending offers very competitive rates compared with other lenders, probably one of the best in the area. I had a lot of questions about the rates and appraisals and Li answered them all patiently. It's difficult to find a lender that can offer low rates and quality service at the same time, and First Lending is definitely one of those rare places. After the rate lock, I worked with Jason to provide docs and he was also very responsive to my questions. There was a small hiccup regarding the appraisal process, and I appreciate Jason offering us helpful advice. They are very detail oriented and by the book. Our loan was closed on time without issues, and they continue to assist when we have follow up questions. Overall I had a great experience working with First Lending and highly recommend.

  Great services! Gu Hua and his team did a fantastic job! Gu Hua is extremely knowledgeable and hard-working. He took time to explain to us all the details and remind us all the things we should pay attention to. He had been very responsive and patient to all my questions (even when he was on vacation). He went extra mile to help us closing the house earlier than schedule to accommodate our special request. I have already recommend Gu Hua to all my friends who are looking for a loaner recently and would highly recommend to anyone!

  First Lending is great. I have done two refinances with them. The whole team (Li Zhou, Ariel and Virginia) are very professional and thorough. This was an amazing experience from start to finish, the entire refinance process was seamless, and they worked quickly to get us closed and funded.
