TJ Janjua1They really suck all the way up. No Customer service, no technology and no resolve to improve. Every employee works for that moment or that day and don't have that dedication to take an extra step to improve. I had strong suspicion that one of the credit union employee was snooping into my account. I went and brought it to the highest level. I was shocked to hear that they don't have anyway to track who is looking into what account. I was stunned to hear that coming from higher level. This is simply not true because other big banks have click system and they can track easily but IT credit union, with their laid back style, nobody want to to bother and look into. What a lame answer in 2016 when we are going to Mars. This is a bank for crying out loud and they have no way of knowing which employee is looking into which account. There is a big systematic problem there. Hello!!! People come to you bringing their assets, and trust and this is how you respond. I lost my trust and strongly think they work for today only, no vision for tomorrow and this is definitely not the place where you want to bank.

He offered solutions, fixed my problem, and had me out the door in 10 minutes with Everything accomplished and more. I would highly recommend this location and working with Dezi!

Belen Valdez1The loan officers are clearly untrained and have not been given the equal or correct information needed to help customers. There is so much miscommunication between these employees. Getting a loan with them is like pulling teeth without numbing medication. If you don't stay on them they will not stay on top of tasks. This is including all other branches as well, in my experience. They move like sloths. If you need any help with a loan, you better do this at least 1-2 weeks in advance. Unless, you are willing to sit at the branch for most of the day and wait for an answer. That's the only way they will remember they are supposed to be helping you.

Jeshickah Rabbit1This low rating is for their new ATM machine. I have used it twice and will never use it again. Instead of the old system of money and checks put in an envelope fed into the machine, it now takes stacks of loose cash and checks. The first time I used the machine it rejected some of my cash because it was bent slightly at the corners then proceeded to spit the cash out into the wind which blew it all over the ground and under my car. The second time I used the ATM the software crashed in the middle of my transaction and when it booted back up I think it was Windows 95. I was beyond enraged and I was practically in tears because it was a large deposit. Luckily the transaction went through but if you want stress free banking avoid the ATM. The second time this happened to me I deposited over $1,000 and it only credited me $600. I was told to fill out a form and all would be well. Needless to say I never saw any of the money that machine stole from me.

The new ATM uses some of the newest technology available but that doesn't mean it won't have an occasional technical or software issue - but that should be rare, not 2 experiences in a row.
