I receive wonderful service every time I call or walk in. The branch manager I spoke with today was very helpful and informative. She even requested that I follow up with her to make sure everything was properly dealt with on my account. Thank you! I called another branch earlier in the day and this teller said she couldn’t help me and referred me to the 1800 line...

Amanda Hirt1I do not recommend banking with them, I spoke with a representative to verify I would not receive any overdraft fees and the very next day had 3 separate $39 overdraft fee charges (w/o making any purchases) that the company refused to removed. Even spoke to the same representative who remembered what she had told me the day prior. Closed my account the very next day.

Its Karlita Amora1Me and my sister came into this branch today so i can open a saving account! At first everywas great until they saw the amount I was putting in ! Then they stated asking me all kind of questions ohh how did you get this money where do work where did you work and giving me the side eye ! Long story short they lied and said my check was not clear and i was cleared and have been cleared for day !! They wouldn’t even give me my paper work for the account i opened!! I’ll be contacting my lawyer for the way i have and was treated! I called and key bank was every upset on how i was treat at this branch i would not be banking here and i canceled the account i open seeing that they didn’t even give me information or even allow me to take money out of my own damn account , maybe if i wasn’t a young African American girl with that much Money i wouldn’t have been treated that way ! But I’m a business owner and work for the state and never been treated in this manner I’m my life ! I will make sure this branch don’t get away with this ! I’ll be Contacting my lawyer and also the news ! Racist much !

Larry Ferris5I've used this bank for many years and just now called with a question. The person taking my call was knowledgeable, courteous and quick to respond. Even though I got an answer I didn't like I understood exactly why. The point is sometimes you get an answer that you don't like, but that isn't a reason to rate a business low! On this interaction, I got a live person, no recordings and got my answer quickly with an alternative/solution, I can live with. Hard to find these days!!!

Michael Hallman Dahl1Just astounding. Several months ago, I overdrew my account by less than $35 and they hit me with $340 in fees. Recently, $12 in overdraws resulted in $195 in fees. When I called to complain, I was told why they were within their rights to charge the fees. What they could not explain is why they would choose to do so. A bank is only as good or bad as their employees. I would be ashamed to work at this institution.

Fatou Diop1Really waist of time not enough staffing been waiting for a form that the customer service send hours ago per what they said and they said that they didn’t receive it. Other than that the branch manager was nice. They just need to hire more people
