  My first experience with Alexander Fakhir at New Western was great. He made the transaction almost effortless, and has motivated me to do several more deals with him in the future. He has always been extremely detailed with information, that I knew exactly what I needed to know on each property and the area it was in. His transparency and honesty gave me enough feedback to know what moves I should and should't make with each investment.   My experiences with Newwestern began with the St. Petersburg office which have all been positive and financially rewarding. When I decided to begin operations in the Austin area, I again chose to work with Newwestern. My experience with both offices is that I have agents with my best interest in mind and they work hard to help me meet my investing objectives. Because they have experience with other out of state investors, they become a good source of referral for contactors, insurance, title companies, etc. so it helps limit risk when investing.

  NWA are a good source of discounted properties for flip and/or buy & hold investors. Communication with our rep (Jarod Covey) is excellent. We've worked with him for a year or so now, and found him to be knowledgeable, reliable, resourceful and above all, honest and fair in his assessments of potential plays. Hope to do more business with Jarod and NWA in the future!
