  I have no doubt that this company will be featured in FORBES one day! I was apprehensive after reading another review, but I decided to work with Visio anyways and I am so grateful that I did! This is the “A-Team” of private financing. When it comes to hard money lending, building a relationship aka “relational capital” can feel so apprehensive, like you’re just another account number. By the closing of our loan, I felt like family! Like many institutional lenders, they did not expect perfection, they were flexible. They gave easy to follow instructions and were professional the entire time. At the end of our loan everything had been debriefed and all closing costs were presented as expected. NO HIDDEN FEES!   DO NOT USE! Poor communication, lack of professionalism, zero accountability. Visio Lending turned what should have been a simple transaction into a nightmare for all parties involved, would not recommend to anyone. We had to deal with upper management towards the end of the transaction and even they were not helpful or communicative.

  We had a fantastic experience! Michael was in communication with us each step of the way. He responded to all emails with no delays! Closing was quick and right on time! A+ service.

  Keep searching, you can find better. Did they close the loan, yes but one day late. Did they lock the rate? Yes, but literally as I was walking to the closing table(find someone who will lock earlier). Did their Servicer still report my LLC loan to my personal credit? You bet they did. Too many frustrations to ever consider using them again.

  Jerret was great from the start. The communication he and Heather provided was top tier. They were clear, responsive, honest and available. I was really impressed with the top-notch service we received from start to finish. Very professional.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Hands down, they are the worst lender I have come across in my 30+ years of buying and selling real estate. If you are a seller, do not sell to a buyer who is using this lender. It took 12 weeks to close a simple real estate transaction. They lack professionalism and communication skills and were deemed the most bizarre lender by the title company. STAY AWAY!
