      Worst bank I have ever been to! This location is barely staff, so I takes forever to be helped. Security is falsely installing their version of CDC guidelines by limiting 5 in this location. Very bad experience and am going to switch banks.

      Although my credit and income were sufficient, I was denied the full amount of an auto loan request according to the Amplify auto loan manager. When I asked why, I was told that "cars depreciate in value and we are not comfortable with loaning that amount" or words to that effect. As an investor, my first thought after hearing that was utter disbelief. Everything fluctuates in value. What do they say to someone who attempts to borrow money to finance a wedding - that you can't have one because it's a depreciating asset? They offered me a partial loan amount, but I said no thanks. I told Amplify that I would take my request to another lender. But it's really a shame that you can't rely on your own financial institution. I told her that my net worth was over 7 figures and offered to provide financial statements to calm any fears. Her response - " take the partial loan and get the rest of the money from those sources." I immediately concluded that she knew very little about investing (ironic from someone working in the financial industry). You don't go out and sell securities that appreciate at 20-30% annually when you can borrow the money at 3-4%, which is at or near the cost of inflation (anytime you can borrow money below the cost of inflation, it's essentially a free loan). There are also tax implications from selling securities. So in light of all this, I have to look for a new financial institution. I'll get the loan someplace else. But it's just the thought of having to go through this process again with another lender, especially as an established customer

      Always long lines and they take soooo long!!! I once waited 30 min and when I got helped they lady didn’t take my check. She only said “take the check back to whoever wrote it” which I did, everything was fine. Went next day Saturday with the same check.... no problem. I literally go every Friday and Saturday to deposit business checks and personal checks so idk why she didn’t take it. Honestly it was just upsetting to have waited such a long time and have her not help me for whatever reason.

      I got a new debit card about a month ago it has been working fine debiting from my joint account. starting this week it started debiting from my personal account without any notice. I know it is the same card because I only keep the one card with me. This is on top of the fact that 9 times out of 10 when we deposit money at the drive in they put the money in one of our accounts but not the one we specified.

      So scary to bank here! They have made errors on almost any transaction I do with them. Deposit? They make error. Withdrawal? Errors again. I had a "password-type" term added as security for any deposits or withdrawals of any kind. They would ask me my secret word (as they are supposed to!) about 1/3 of the time. The rest, they'd giggle and try to laugh off their error. What's the point of having a secret word if they enforce it infrequently?? Terribly scary to do business here. If spoken with the mismanager there more than a couple of times. Nothing changes. Know why? THEY DONT CARE!

      We took out a Home Equity loan from Amplify. Almost nothing works well with this company. The website is trash. The app barely functions. I called to get support on loan payments and was shunted over to insurance. The back to loans, then to another group. This company is such a complete mess. Do not do business with them.
