  Not sure how they are either this constantly understaffed or inept at basic teller transactions. 5 teller lanes open in the drive thru and in the space of 1.5 hours managing to move 8 cars total. Not even on a payday. Other banks do that in a single lane in less than 30 min. Either hire more people that can do their job or reduce the number of lanes you attempt to run.

  I find that the quality of cusotmer service on the weekends is extrememly poor. Those reps are usually the lower paid, newer employees and unless something is obvious in their face, dont ask them to look into anything complex. They are very shallow when it comes to resolving issues. The reps monday through Friday are much better and more well rounded on different aspects of the USAA infrastructure. The weekend crew will put you on hold for ever for " a supervisor" that never picks up. I regret having to call USAA on the weekends when I have issues with something. I have to remind myself to call during the business week to speak with someone who can actually think outside of their computer screen. GRrrrrrr

  I adore USAA however the Drive through banking is SUPER SLOW. The Tellers are so low. Waiting for 30-35 minutes is unacceptable. I have two other Banks I bank with and it's always a more efficient experience using their drive through service.

  USAA bank has been very helpful. I can do everything I need online from getting new debit card, open a new account, depositing a check and applying for a loan. I rarely use the physical bank because nearly everything can be done online.

  My husband and I have been a members for about 30yr. Banking, insurance etc. Usaa banking can't be beat in our book and we do have accounts at other banks.... Not all by choice. Usaa catches all fraudulent activity trying to hit the accounts, their online and apps are so good we are never in the drive thru lines and I'm maybe inside the bank 4x a year. If I call any dept they are friendly, courteous, and fix the issue. They have even stayed with me on the phone to make sure I found what I needed on the app or webpage and the roadside assistance didn't hang up from me till they were sure I was ok, safe, etc. Insurance claims, I say usaa and there is no disputes! All my kids know.... in life, there is one thing you don't give up, and that is USAA!!!

  I cannot understand at this point why the bank lobby is still not open for business when every other bank in San Antonio has open branches. Also I've had some issues with my checking account which are not documented correctly nor have I been contacted as requested by the fraud department in over a week very unacceptable service. very sad considering how long I have been with this bank but that might be changing.

  Once branch in San Antonio is no longer feasible during COVID. I waited two hours in the drive through only to be told I couldn’t have my own money because their computer wasn’t working. Totally unacceptable. Second time I visited the branch and the wait is 10 cars deep in all ten lanes. Looks like another two hour wait to get my own money.

  Like everyone else, I've watched USAA destroy its own reputation to the point I would rather pay another company to take my money rather than accept the "free" but terrible service offered by this once-great company.

  Barbra on the phone helped me take care of a charge I didn’t know was on my checking account. She worked very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and sweet. I love having USAA :)

  We can start with the traffic, the lines are about 1-2 hours long (not exaggerating ) on a good day. The bankers are very rude and don’t try to help you at all just to get you in and out as fast as possible. To top it all off they don’t accept a homeland security work authorization card (DaCa federal document) for a Identification or passports or anything else of that. It must be a “Texas” ID. I didn’t know Texas identification had more power then a federal one.
