  Today I came inside the bank and Alex Hernandez was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with all my transactions, every time I come in he is extremely helpful and courteous, great employee, great customer service and great experience

  I was having one of those chaotic days and was very impressed at the drive-thru of Veronica, who was handling my transaction. She was very friendly and professional. She made me feel like an important customer and literally changed my day for the better. Thank you Veronica!

  My mom just opened up a power protected checking account here at this location and we are already loving it. It is very beneficial and very well protected ! The person who helped us was Veronica, she’s the senior member relationship officer, she was amazing, very nice and very helpful, she made sure we got everything we needed 👍🏻

  I had a great experience with guy named Alan Barragan. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. If you are going to this location ask for him. Bankers are usually impatient but he went above and beyond to help me out!

  Albert Lozano Provided us with amazing service!! He helped us with the refinancing our autoloan and I’m getting a credit card. Great customer service and made it easy to apply and answered all questions with a great positive attitude. Most questions were answered before they were asked!!

  Prompt, Professional and Pleasant, Sandra J.Martinez, assistant Branch Manager was extremely personable and most importantly efficient. She took the time to explain all matters of our transaction and gave us time to ask questions which she promptly answered. We left SSFCU feeling comfortable and confident in her service. I will not hesitate to recommend Ms. Sandra J.Martinez and SSFCU for all banking (credit union) needs.. My rating is 10 out of 10 stars!

  After trying to get answers about certain items on my auto loan over the phone with customer service, I decided to stop by this branch for some help. I was ready to wait a while, even though I might not get the answers I needed. Man o' man did they exceed my expectations! I was helped out by Gerardo Alvarez who was ever so patient with me and all my questions. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure that he was giving me all the correct info that I needed. He never made me feel like I was being bothersome or an inconvenience with all my tedious questions. I can tell that he really took pride in his job and strived to provide amazing customer service. As for the rest of the branch, I loved the atmosphere (especially the music) and the welcoming personalities. I really felt like I wasn't just another "customer" and I appreciated that. I will definitely be conducting all my business at this branch going forward. =)
