  Cathy LaRock and the New American Funding Group were an absolute pleasure working with. working with Cathy brought us alot of reassurance in the process of purchasing our first home. very honest and always did everything she said she was going to do. always answered when we needed her to and never left us with an unanswered question. she was great in guiding us to purchasing our home, and the communication between all the parties involved was an absolute blessing. i highly recommend Cathy if you are looking for anyone to help with your home loan. overall it was a fantastic experience to work with her.

  If you are new to this whole thing you should shop around, be knowledgeable as much as possible. Understand the mortgage process and what kind of benefits each financial institution gives you. Interest rates and get pre-approved first before you shop around for your home so that you don't over spend. If I did not do this I would not have found New American Funding & Cathy La Rock's team. Cathy was very helpful and she answered our questions day and night. The process was difficult since I had many things to deal with. But Cathy did her best to advise what route to take and gave me the list of things needed to succeed. I would definitely tell new home buyers to go to her since she is very informative and straight forward.
