  This is a bad chain of banks. Had an account here for over a year and paid off a loan here. At every turn there is some kind of shady sneaky little ways they will hit you with fees. The way the loan payment system on their app is set up to where you CANT make payments on the principle. Only future monthly payments that are for INTEREST THAT HAS NOT EVEN ACCRUED YET! They attempted to many times to hit my account with overdraft fee WHILE MY ACCOUNT WAS POSITIVE! This bank is shady and is not a good place to keep your money.

  This customer changed to White Sands Federal Credit Union. Loved them. For now on WSFCU. Only way to go

  A horrible institution. There in nothing coherent in their communication. We went in to set up an account but couldn't because their "computers" weren't working. They put us at a desk and had us 'try' to set up our own account. Then when it was partially set up and the computer froze, we were told we'd have to come back when their computers were working. In the mean time we discovered that their resources couldn't handle our needs even though they said they could. Clearly this in not a place to trust with your money. Everyone we talk with confirms the same "stay away from this place". Better a can in the backyard for your money.

  They send you letters addressed to someone else and when you try to cancel those letters, they want you to come into the bank. Doesnt smell right to me. It seems like a small time bank with desperate measures. Offer more convenience and maybe your business will improve. Who knows. Try something new.

  I called for an appointment last week on Thursday, July 2, 2020. Was told they would call me to set up the appointment. Still waiting. I would like to get an appointment as soon as I can

  ATM isn't working. Looked like my account was charged for withdrawal but money was not dispensed, double checked and my account wasn't affected.
