Daniel Blankenship1Worst Bank ever!!!!!!!!!!! It takes forever to deposit my checks after verifying my checks she refused to put it in my account because it had my company name on it with my name I have never had a stamp she wanted stamp by my company! Never in 4 years of banking had this issue she wrote all over my check so I can’t take it any where else so thanks for nothing!!! Do not recommend this place rude people that like to waste customers time!!!!

You can't get ahold of customer service right away and your literally waiting 2 hours and 36 min on the phone finally giving up. You try and communicate to the representative and they are clueless. Calling customer service is the absolute worst.

Cameron Chavez4Overall the bank and staff are good and very helpful. Comparing to banks I've done business with in the past everything is average. My only personal complaint is location. There is only 1 bank and one atm and they are both inside which is shut down for 2 weeks because of covid so my only option for deposits is to go 30 miles away and same to withdrawal unless you pay fees to use another atm.

Samuel Cozart3Since the opening of new branches everywhere, the funding for their website and app must have gone up. Everything works as intended and the best part is that they are open on weekends. Great staff at other locations besides Las Cruces as well.

john armijo1These guys are absolutely horrible very poor customer service, mainly the manager I'm complaining about at the only location in Las Cruces New Mexico. They could not explain why my account they say had been closed for two months yet I had been in to the same office there times in the last month and got money. The manager acted like he did not care and was very dismissive and unprofessional to me, as though he was taking my questions as a challenge to his authority He himself had charged me sixteen dollars before he would cash a check I would never bank with them again because of his very poor skills and I am filling a formal complaint, because no bank should treat their customers in the manner that I was treated. Absolutely HORRIBLE!

George Graham1You'd be crazy to do business with this bank. They wouldn't make change for my wife at their Wal-Mart location in Las Cruces because they "didn't have enough money" due to customers cashing tax refund checks. Then it was because she wasn't an account holder. I understand you need to take care of your customers, and I might have become one, but I will NEVER do business with a bank that can't do the common courtesy of breaking a twenty into smaller bills. How hard is that? And just how strong is a bank that can't handle a few customers cashing their Tax Refunds? Weak bank, employees have ZERO decision making capacity.

arturo ponce1Walked in the door this morning, something i nevee do, to get some money out becauae the atm was down. I couldn't even get 1 person working there to look up and at the very least say will be right with you. Dissapointing customer service. Old staff, even though was only 2, did a much more efficient job.

Clark Madrosen1Awful customer service. I gave them $ 10 to purchase a roll of quarters. The teller behind the counter asked, if i had an account there . I said no. Then he refused to help me.🙃 I hope the manager of wal mart knows about that.I went to another local bank where i did not have an account and they helped me in 30 seconds. I now bank at that other bank. 😁😁😁😁😁😁

Ed Klix1These people need to learn to have manners on the phone. . . . Waited on hold over 20 min and Robert answered and said he could not give me that information and then hung up as I was asking a question. Rude and inconsiderate. I would never bank there.
