They walked me through & graciously explained every step of the home buying process, plus always had a smile on their face while doing it!   Vicki was my daughter’s loan mortgage officer and with no doubt Vicki went above AND beyond to make sure my daughter received the best programs and opportunities as a first time home buyer. If Vicki saw that my daughter could receive an even better deal, Vicki did the leg work and she always came up with a better deal for my daughter. Vicki’s goal is always keeping the best of interest for her clients with lots of TLC and she did just that. Vicki is very knowledgeable, motivated, professional, personable and keeps the communication line open in keeping my daughter in the loops with the status of her mortgage loan.   Vicki and her team were amazing. As a first time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing or how to get started. They were very informative and patient. Everything was explained to me very well and they definitely had my best interests in mind.

  5 stars to the staff at Waterstone mortgage. Vicki and Erica went the extra mile to get the job done. Excellent customer service.
