Emilio Martinez5I had heard a lot of negative complains about this company. But when I needed someone to work with me on financing my vehicle with my screwed up credit, they worked with me. And it's been about 8 months now, and I have nothing negative too say. They have worked with me, they have already provided some excellent customer service.

Demetra King1I was "initially" financed by this company via AutoFlex Direct. I was given a later pay date by the dealership salesperson who said that the bank "would work with me" regarding the due date. I called a week after receiving the car to inquire about the due date as it was different in the paperwork vs. what t he sales Rep told. I initially spoke with Brenda who made sure to let me know that their bank was "doing me a favor because other lenders refused to approve me". After that they passed my contract over to Joe who was not pleasant at all and informed me that my contract had to be "finalized" before any due dates could be changed; I completed everything that he asked of me and was waiting for the welcome package which would let me set up autopay. I called Joe again to check the status of the finalization and to inquire about the due date once more. He said he would NOT be changing the due date with no explanation as to why. I just agreed and said that was fine. After speaking to Brenda and Joe who were incredibly rude, I was not able to get the due date changed and my loan was DENIED after changing my insurance policy (which incurred an additional $150 fee). When asked why I was denied, Joe replied "Because you requested a due date change!" Horrible.

I reviewed your loan application and one of the requirements that was not met was maintaining full coverage insurance. For us to process a new loan, full coverage insurance must be obtained which is required by the state. I do apologize that we were unable to do business with you.

tanisha p1I am at lost for words. I ran into a situation and reached out via email due to not being able to take calls while at work. Provided a date when I would be able to make my payment to Chassity and never heard back just kept getting calls. Tried to log in and make a payment and they had locked me out. Tried emailing Julius and nothing. Them came and took my car after about 2 weeks of being late and then I called to see what I could do to recover it, he rudely told me you’re not getting your car back without any other explanation, told me to take my keys to tow yard to pick up my belongings and ended the call. Not even 30 days late and this is what I got!
