  We are new homeowners and Todd really worked hard to make that happen. Todd took us from start to finish and advised and informed the entire way along our journey. Todd kept us informed of all aspects of the operation the entire time. Toss also provided many options on how to purchase a home and helped us decide on the best type of loan for our home. Todd set up appointments in a very timely manner and this was all wrapped up in 45 days from start to finish. We love our new home and can not thank Todd and Starboard Financial enough for the V.I.P. care we received from them. We were treated with respect and patients and all the information and decisions that could be provided.   I am so glad I had Todd to help me through the mortgage process. He was very helpful and patient as I called him many times to ask questions, double check details and make requests.   The most simplistic thing that one can [and should] expect in any kind of transaction or business relationship is an answer to a question; being someone who learns and navigates by asking no fewer than one million questions, Todd certainly had his work cut out for him as soon as he picked up the phone. With 14 years in the finance industry, dealing with contracts, fraud cases, and resting on any and all of the ladder rungs, I am (by all considerations) a very complex and fairly demanding consumer. What I didn't have knowledge about was anything and everything mortgage related, and after a particularly lamentable experience with the credit union I so dearly put confidence in, there were a lot of gaps that needed filling. I don't find many people in business and the general market for services of any kind that can, in such an elegant way, fill those gaps. Todd had extrapolative, fluid answers and solutions that were [at the same time] easy to understand for all of the hypotheticals (no matter how long they had been living in the proverbial left field of ether) that I could possibly throw his way. A responsive voice on the other end of the telephone goes on for miles when it's the change of pace to arrive after such scorning, and a sense of humor on top of that is a nice refreshing sprinkle that I definitely took to note. There's something to be said for having good, reliable people in your corner. I could have hired any realtor, insurance company or title agency, but to stick out above my insufferably high standards as this man has on such a grand scale, it serves to create another spectrum of its own. "Appreciative," reads too trivial. Being a first time homebuyer, it was all scary, stressful, and uncertain. If I hadn't had such a formidable advocate on my team, I don't believe that I would have ended up in the successful position that I'm now in, on the other side of this endeavor. Google doesn't allow for 12 star reviews. Any glowing recommendation I can give with the highest and fondest of regards in Todd's direction and influence will have to suffice, and procuring his expertise should scant be a matter of second thought for any buyer.   Todd is so helpful. I had some credit issues, and need some help with the down payment. He discussed my situation with me, gave me some excellent advice to help me credit, and had a program that paid my down payment. I am very grateful.
