      They consistently call me to tell me my account is past due after I have already sent them the bank statements with proof that I have paid them. Something is wrong with their computer system, this is the THIRD time this has happened to me. I am very tired pf this car company. I will never lease a car from them again nor will I refer them to anyone.

      This company is the worst. You are better off buying a car out right. Not only was i sold a new/used car with 4 different sets of tires and incorrect sizes, but the fuses in the car went out the first week the horn worked but didn't work and a week ago I found out the car needed new brakes. On top of paying an 400 plus a month car note. They are lying when they say they will work with you. I will never use this company or drive time again.

      I was calling in to make a partial payment it was $100 less than what I was supposed to have paid I totally understand that it won't happen again I was talking to an agent the individual did not allow me to finish my explanation he kept interrupting me I found myself getting almost into an argument with this guy I caught myself he kept on interrupting I said sir can I please talk I said it three times the third time he was not comprehending when I asked him can I finish explaining I then hung up the phone that's not something I do but if I catch myself getting into a heated argument I remove myself from the situation I called back seconds later and spoke with another representative I do believe the name is Crystal she was very pleasant she let me explain and let me get it out and she was very understanding that I really appreciate she deserve 5-stars the first individual I'm not saying he was wrong because it was I who was short on the payment I just wanted to explain to him the best way that I can balance my payment for the month of July he kept interrupting thank you very much you have a pleasant day again I'm not saying the representative was wrong he just wouldn't let me explain

      If I could give this company no star or negative stars I would. They are the biggest scam show ever I will he contacting the BBB about this company as well. I had a dealership trying to purchase my vehicle pending I cancel my Warrenty etc I was told it would take 10 days... call the next day I'm told 6 weeks. Well I explain this and everyone had THE WORST attitide ever I was on hold for over an hour speaking to supervisors when I asked to speak to another one I got put on hold and o was hung up on! Completly unacceptable! They are inconsistent as all get out! They can't keep anything straight!they lie about everything !DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH DRIVETIME OR THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE. this will be the biggest mistake you ever make working with drivetime or bridgecrest

These products are completely optional and, if purchased, can be cancelled and refunded at any time.       I see lots of positive posts, and I can't help but wonder if they are paid to write them. This company is a joke. Literally, I will make a payment on a Tuesday and receive up to 10 calls daily for two days following, with various threats because I haven't made my payment. I had to go thru Bridgecrest to re-establish my credit. It's interesting that they claim to report your payment history to help re-establish. They don't. However, they are very quick to threaten with negative history reporting. I have filed a grievance with our state attorney general's office. Bridgecrest is unethical, and dishonest.

      Same problems after 3 months. To start,20 minutes after I drove off the lot the check engine light came on. Took it to the nearest repair company associated with drivetime(45 mins away),they kept the vehicle for almost 2 weeks for something that could have been fixed in under 2 hours. Complimentary oil changes a plus,but there's not a company near me that's associated so I've been paying for my own oil changes out of pocket with no reimbursement. Next we have the payment system. Im calling weekly about not being able to setup my online account or call in my payments due to system not being able to find or recognize my account. They always say its a glitch or the problem has been fixed and its not. Problem still very much exists. How about free autopay from checking account? Its not free. I still get charged the $3.95 western union fee. Why? Im not using western union. This is the worst leasing company by far that I've seen,heard or read about. I haven't read a positive review yet. Can't wait to pay this abou I'll probably trade it before then. I don't even want to start speaking about the rude and harassing customer service team(so they call themselves).

Every vehicle is inspected, prior to sale, at a DriveTime inspection center to ensure mechanical and safety standards are met. If any parts fail, they are replaced. With any used vehicle, it is not possible to determine if a future repair will be needed. For this reason, DriveTime offers a 1,500 mile/30day limited warranty with each leased and financed vehicle. On April 5th, 2016, DriveTime’s Loan Servicing Company was renamed Bridgecrest. Although the name has changed, the same great payment options are available for each customer.
