  Rio was so helpful and provided exceptional service. I came in to open a new account as i am switching things over, and Rio made me feel so confident that I came to the right place! She talked to me about all the benefits and the additional services Desert Financial offers . Thank you Rio for all your help! I will definitely be recommending all of my friends and family to see her! Every time I come in to this location and the staff is always so friendly, the manager Tala has done such a great job here!

  Love this branch!!! The best customer service! Tala, Travis and Connor were so helpful. Had 2 very complicated transactions involving international transactions, and I needed much more information than what I came prepared with. They were so kind and patient with me while I tracked down everything I needed. I am forever a fan of this branch!

  I just want to say that I have a member of desert Federal Credit Union and they are so fantastic. I was signing up for the member pass and we were having some trouble and I was there for a long time and while I was there they treated me just like a VIP they made sure I had a place to sit and they got me water and they all kept me informed as to what we were doing and and how to get it on. It's a new thing that the deserts and I wanted to be on it and it's called member pass I love this place and I love working with the people at Desert Schools the ones who helped me the most when I get there are real McGalliard and k i d d i y o d k o n o n a. They're always there when I need them and I always make sure I'm comfortable and feel great I would never I've been with them for about 30 years now I would never trade them for anything I love you guys and thank you for taking care of me.

  This branch is great! Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and friendly, and Connor, who opened my account for me, was terrific. He was helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new place to keep your money!

  The Signal Butte branch is awesome! The staff is professional, very personable and my experience opening a business account was great! I was greeted as soon as I got to the branch and was assisted quickly. I definitely would recommend this branch to anyone for banking needs.

  I am part of a booster organization for our children’s school. My treasurer and I needed to add her to the account. Working with Rio it was a very smooth transition. As well as it being a friendly place. The day I went was when they were giving out cake pops to celebrate the banks birthday.
