Jon Mabb1I have been a client for 24 years. We opened an account 12 months ago for my daughter and a year later they told us via mail we needed to come in and update her Social Security Number. We did this on 4/26. I received a second letter in May and called on 5/23 to ask why a second letter. They called me back on 5/24 and told me all was resolved and no more issues. Then on 6/7 they with out warning closed my daughters accounts while my daughter was on vacation. I called customer service and they told me after moving it to the highest person possible they would respond with in 10 days. I contact the local branch and they told me I had done all that was needed. They called me back same day and said bring in a Social Security Card. The card is lost and we have ordered a new one. I asked if they would accept a w9 form. They said no only a Social Security Card. So now my daughter is stuck on vacation and Wells Fargo has frozen her accounts and will not fix the internal problems they have to unfreeze her account. I wish on 4/26 they would have asked for the card. I wish on 5/24 they would have told me they need more. I really wish my daughter would have access to her money she earned and needs while on vacation. This company is heartless and very unorganized. Do not use them.

Glen Harriman1Have to make an appointment for customer service assisted banking needs, called numerous times, no one bothers to answer the phone. How can customers conduct account changes with an appointment if no one will answer the phone? Terrible customer service.

Gina Sandoval1Definitely don’t recommend coming to this location. Customer service is far from what it should be. They pick and choose when they want to follow “rules” but not everyone follows along. Drive a little further and go to power just south of baseline, phenomenal customer service and they don’t give you a hard time for using their services.

Kelly Keene1I made an appointment with a banker 4 days in advance for my son to open a savings account. We showed up 5 minutes early and were treated AWFUL. The 2 "bankers" there were very rude, took people without appointments and never came back to talk to my son. Not a good experience for a young man to witness. Will NEVER visit this branch again. Awful customer service!!

Matt Pratt1I have available funds I filled out a withdrawal slip they tell me nothing is available and wanted to fight. She wouldn't just give my card back when she did, they have to keep my signed slip. Place is terrible she is stealing my deposit!

E4Maybe some things have changed about this place cuz I can't figure out where all the hate comes from. I don't overdraft accounts inviting banks to bend me over and screw me sideways. It's an awful process they obsess in using to cash in big time at the expense of their customers so I can see if that's the case then people would be pretty salty. I made an appointment and came here with something to do. After I waited in line, I had to get a teller go find a manager since nobody was at the front desk. That's the only reason I deducted 1 star. I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait in line and ended up having to do so anyway. Not the end of the world. Certainly a better experience than 90% of the other places I've been to lately where it seems like the business model is to treat people like dirt.

Nathan B1Beware of the unprofessional practices at this branch. While I understand certain regulations and procedures are in place to protect accounts,account holders and bank share holders.... during this unprecedented time, it would be a wise business practice to come up with a better way to help a grieving family trying to close a loved ones account; instead of harassing them, and implying that they are just trying to steal the deceased loved ones money. As a banker myself, I am very disgusted and disappointed in the complete experience I had at this location.-> First: They moved my scheduled appointment time, and didn't bother to call me to tell me; effectively wasting even more of my time. Second: The banker I was speaking to was unable to answer simple questions. Example: How to stop the automatic debits coming from my loved ones account. This is just another reason on the pile of reasons I don't and won't personally bank with Wells Fargo. They either break the law, or treat banking customers like criminals.
