They are a great Credit Union One time I was late on a payment because I thought automatic payment was already set up and rather than charge me a late fee they called me and asked me why I did not pay because I had money in my account and then they set up the automatic payment for me.

      Response from the owner

Thank you for the review, Frank! Glad we were able to help!

If you have any issues that need a manager, you're better off just calling the support number rather than come in. I had some fees I needed taken care of that weren't my fault and the manager inside told me she couldnt help. I called in and they immediately helped me out and took care of everything. 1 star for the location alone. I wont be returning here. Find new management who actually cares about the "We the People" or just close this down before they ruin it even more.

      Response from the owner

Hi Daman – Thank you for your feedback. While we’re glad that our reps on the phone were able to help you, we are sorry to learn that your visit to the branch was not favorable. We have forwarded your experience to our senior management team for review.

Wow wow wow. I have used this bank since I was a kid and the past few years have been awful! Currently my problem is I went into the bank a week ago to close my account. But all they did was withdraw all my money. Now I have over $100 in fees. I called the service line and he said there is no indication that I ever went into the store to try and close my account and I have to go into a store to fix it. Horrible horrible horrible.

      Response from the owner

Hi Noelle – Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that we weren’t very helpful over the phone as well as didn’t close the account properly per your request. A senior team member will be giving you a call today to better assist you with addressing your concerns. Thank you.

I've been banking with Arizona Federal my whole life and I recently closed my account due to their 3.00 membership and "fraud" protection fee. Well, I had my first charge of my account that was fraudulent and I called up to disrupt it. The customer service rep audibly sighed, made sarcastic remarks, and refused to remove the charge. Luckily it wasn't a lot of money. So I paid it off and closed my account. If you're thinking switching to another credit union do it now before it's too late.

      Response from the owner

Hi Dana - Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. We're sorry to hear your experience was not exemplary. We would like the opportunity to review the experience and have someone reach out to you to discuss this with you further. Please send us an email at [email protected] with the best way to reach you. Thank you.

Terrible, I purchased a side by side from an individual who financed it with AZFCU, it’s been over two months and AZFCU still has not sent the title to my bank so I can receive my plates and tags. With my trip coming up in a few weeks I need my tags to operate on USFS lands but AZFCU is taking their sweet time mailing the title to my bank.

      Response from the owner

Hi Scott – We’d like to look into the delay in receiving your title. Please send us a direct message on Facebook with a good contact number and we’ll have our team call you for more information.

At least once I Year, this bank will put the overdraft protection on my checking account when I SPECIFICALLY requested NOT to. They do this so that I may be charged overdraft fees. Ever since they changed management or ownership it has gone downhill. I’ve already moved my car loan elsewhere and I’m about to move my direct deposit aswell because it’s such an inconvenience to go to the bank to resolve this issue every time!!!

      Response from the owner

Hi Alex – thank you for the feedback. We will have a senior team member give you a call and review your account information.

I have never had a problem with the bank. Have been going there for years. I am not trilled about the three dollar fee. Every time I have had a problem the bank has fixed it. The service team has always been friendly. They have asked for my social but I usually tell them I am uncomfortable doing that and they usually respect that.

      Response from the owner

      Thank you Heather!

Every time I go here I have a problem with the employees. Customer service is severely lacking!! I've been a member of another bank for 2 years now Chase and I will be closing this one permanently! I've only kept it for ebay and I get charged to keep $5 in it.... soooooooo not worth it. I sat at drive up window for 10 min and had to send my deposit back twice

Always taken care of me. If I need a loan I will get help. I've always had my problems solve on the phone and personally in the bank. Everyone has been personally nice.

      Response from the owner

Hi Carol – Thanks so much for your feedback – and for your membership! We hope you’ll tell your friends and family about us, too!
