      They were so friendly and explained everything to me. We were in and out and they were very professional the whole time. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new credit union.

      SPLIT Review... The branch and tellers seem to be great - as indicated by the reviews already posted. My biggest CON is with the ONLINE BANKING - it is mostly unusable... I couldn't even change my address online for mailing - it is so bad. Probably a bad idea for the upcoming generations, whom do everything online and on an iPhone. I have had a few sales calls wherein I have shared that information over the last two months. When I express this disdain, they just say: "Yeah... it is brand new design and we are working on it..." I'm surprised in this day & age -- you've lost business with me and presumably a lot of others. Funny though, I envision their IT department comprising one old guy on a Commodore 64 somewhere in a shack, playing PONG! Other than the greatly lacking website and all the broken/failed tools thereon, I would rate this bank easily a 4/5 or 5/5.

      Have had nothing but issues with them since switching. Constantly getting charged fees because MACU tries to pull from the wrong account even after verifying I had the account number right and then they only partially reimbursed their mistakes. Definately regret switching to them for my financial institution.

      This particular location is fine, but I had an absolute horrendous experience with their loan department in Utah. Jerked me around all day because of their own lack of covering all the bases in addition to giving ZERO credence to effects on my income due to covid. Honestly considering leaving MACU after this experience.

      Your business might not be worth a $15 fee and you may be lied to about it. My story below: My account lapsed into closed status after two months of inactivity. I have a business account and needed my money in another bank for a period. During that time I forgot there was a $15 account maintenance fee. My business mailing address was an old one and I didn't check the mail for 48 days because the location is in a different town. When I picked the mail up there were several letters from MACU. The last one gave me 45 days to fix the issue before they closed my account. I called same day and was told only a branch had authorization to waive the fees because I called on day 48. I went into the branch the next day and said I'd pay one of the fees if they would pay the other seeing as how the account didn't have any activity for one of the two months with fees. No dice, Couldn't get a $15 charge waived by branch manager. Was told it simply isn't possible once the account is in closed status. What really led to this review though, was next with me sitting in front of her, Rep calls to have a "level 5 authorization to change the balance on the account". Maybe I'm just old fashioned or perhaps it's the in thing to do now, but I don't particularly appreciate being lied to. If it is possible to do something but you don't want to or don't think it is warranted, that is one thing. Tell me you think the charges are legitimate and work with me on a solution. Don't tell me it is impossible then IN FRONT OF ME, do the very thing you say you can't do.

      This credit union lacks any form of common sense. Went to go open an account with three forms of ID one was a concealed weapons permit that you have to get a background check and fingerprinted for, my state driver's license and my work ID which did a 3-week long background check. They use Experian to verify your identity and their system was not able to access my report. The response from the idiot rep I was talking to was to call Experian and make sure my credit report was not frozen after I showed him online that it was not frozen on experians own website. this was after filling out an application online and talking with another agent over the phone that was able to access my Experian file while I was talking to her. Common Sense would dictate that their system is flawed and that when a person produces three forms of ID and a social security card they should be able to verify your identity that way. The only reason I was going to switch to this credit Union was my wife had high praise for them and we wanted both of our accounts at the same establishment. Now instead of me switching she will be switching to my bank and closing her account and credit card at this incompetent, idiotic credit Union.

      I have not had a bad time with them. Everyone is very nice. I even have some favorites, Amanda and Jordan are both very friendly and a joy to work with.
