  paid my loan off but it did not say that it is closed. i did not have my phone at the time so went online and talk to them that way. asked to speak to a supervisor. the supervisor told me she could not help me because i did not have my phone for a code. spent a hour with her "talisha i think thats how you spell her name" and could not answer a simple question answered. called 3 days later while i was driving and told them i was so i could not get the code then because i was not going to look at my phone while driving. so again no answer. i told both of them if i go in i will close my account. looks like when i find another bank closing my account. what a joke on there part for not able to help. i do not know what happen but they used to be good. been with them for 7 years and never had a problem until this week.

  We have had a fabulous experience with Idaho Central Credit Union and especially Ashley Schumacher as they put together a nice HELOC and an RV loan for us. I would recommend Ashley to anyone. She has been very helpful, very professional and very responsive.

  Missing deposit. After a week of run around mistake found by teller. Service needs to be better to help people during these type of situations to not make the customer of the bank feel like a dishonest person during the process.

  This is the best Credit union in Idaho. They genuinely care about their customers. I had a problem with a branch up in the northern part of the state. And a Performance Resolution Specialist contacted me almost immediately. And she definitely made sure my problem was solved. Can't express how impressed I am with the customer service here at ICCU. Great job!

  The Idaho Central Credit Union bank is really horrible by telling lies to members. I hope they get shut down permanently. And they accuse members of fraud. That's why they are getting potential reviews that aren't positive.

  Full disclosure: we have not even been approved for our mortgage loan yet but......KATYA FRAZIER has gone over and beyond, communicates everything step of the way, actually calls back, through this whole process. She knows her job and does it very well. Much better than our last loan officer we had previous experience with. If anyone is looking for a home loan, ask for Katya!!!! She won’t disappoint.
