  By far Pocatello branch is awesome! Cindy (Loan Officer) is always nice and goes the extra mile. The tellers all are friendly and willing to help! Nicole is awesome as well!

  I would like to extend my gratitude specifically to Josh Bringhurst, as well as Westmark in total, and anyone who was part of the process to help my family and I. My family and I were struck with very unfortunate events recently, and Josh in particular worked diligently, and hastily to come up with a solution for us that actually put us in a better standing than before we were hit with said unfortunate events. What an amazing experience Josh has given us, and we are truly blessed to have worked with him, and to have come up with a plan that benefits us tremendously in moving forward with life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your professionalism, honesty, sympathy, and constant communication to reassure us as we went through this process.   I've now had 3 car loans through Westmark. I can't say enough about how this institution takes customer service to the next level. I had questions, I received direct honest answers. I recently had the privilege to work with Josh Bringhurst on a recent concern of mine. We worked together to come to a resolution that we were very satisfied with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Very comfortable setting. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

  I went in a little too late and a man came to the door to inform me I could come through the drive thru. When I pulled around I was told I wasnt able to do what I wanted to do through the window… However the woman working the window was super sweet and allowed me to do it since no one was behind me. My husband also has nothing but great things to say about the people working here. Thank you for being kind, patient, and understanding during a difficult time!

  I love this bank! Went in there for the first time the other day, and I was so impressed! Everyone was so friendly and outgoing. I felt so welcome. I visited with Josh Bringhurst and he was very professional and answered any questions i had. I would recommend him to anyone looking for good financial advice! Or anyone who comes in!

  My experience at this branch was more than fantastic! Josh helped me with the huge list of things I needed done and was so nice through them all! He was very informative every step of the way as well! Josh is the bomb! I highly recommend him and his team.

  I have been a member for the past year and must say I’m very happy with the service. Teresa has been a big help with my needs at the credit union. I feel like the credit union gives you a comfortable feeling when you walk into it. Everyone is very friendly and are eager to help you. Teressa has been awesome! Great customer service!

  Westmark Credit Union in Pocatello is an awesome bank to work with. Josh bringhurst that works there is very professional and fun to work with. Not only are they eager to help you but they always are looking out for your best interest! If you go in there ask for josh and he will take great care of you!
