  Was on hold for an hour being transferred and on hold to different people here. All I wanted was help auto refinancing I've been a customer to this place forever and they couldn't help me. I went there again and an employee by the name of Tyson helped me so much in words I can’t explain I got my vehicle refinanced after 4 years of over paying and stress and I also gotta loan! Thank you Tyson i change my review because of you in which I’ve never done from one star to five stars!

  came in to help my son fill out his first loan application at 1:20. I was told it would be just a few minutes. I waited 45 minutes and still never talked to a loan officer. I wasn't told they were short handed, or busy. just left there to wait. Great first experience for my son!

  Been a MACU member for 11 yrs. One of the worst experience I had with this location. Saturday, and literally had 12 minutes til closing. only drive thru was open needed to pull funds out of my debit card from a different bank. And the teller says I would have to come inside to do this transaction but there inside was closed. He sd it would take a longer process to complete the transaction and I was like "seriously, I'm the only car here and yall about to close" told him I've done it plenty of times at all the locations I've been to. And he just kept saying he couldnt help me. Bc i ddnt hve time to argue with him I just rushed to the other location in bountiful by target and they definitely assisted me. And yes through the drive thru. Maybe the teller frm the other location was just too lazy to copy my DL on the paper receipt

  I went into mountain america for a loan on a newer sporty car, ive always banked with these guys and theyve been great. but thanks to loan officer Brian Paniagua my experience was what I would call very exceptional. Brian was very thorough and detailed in how he explained to me the workings of applying and being approved for a loan. I give brian a 5 star rating and will request him as long as I bank here. thanks again brian for helping make my dream come true!

  I can't say enough good things about MACU super helpful for your personal or business banking needs. If you haven't already give them a try every branch is like an old time small town bank. Amazing staff and a great selection of products.

  Went to open an account, sat for 25 minutes unhelped while workers in their glass cubes tried to avoid eye contact, praying their shifts would end. Walked out and attempted to use their website. Web service was even worse and more incompetent. You've got better options on literally EVERY street a MACU is on. #clowns

  Tried to pull a Bait & Switch for a car loan. Ignored phone calls and lied about who and how they conduct business. The VP and entire loan staff of the Branch are a bunch of Frauds. They will try and manipulate higher interest rates with sleezy sales tactics. Do not conduct any business with this branch.!
