  Having gone through Capital Financial Group for a loan I can honestly say they are one of the greatest assets a new home buyer could ever have. Their rates are unbeatable, and when competing I had multiple national lenders literally give up trying to match them. I would recommend CFG to anyone be it first time buyers or investors for future home loans. Someone completely ignorant of normal loan practices can go through CFG with confidence they are always getting the best possible rate regardless of competition. I will be suggesting them to all future family and friends looking for home loans. I only wish more companies could match the quality standards they give to their customers.

  Alan and his team moved heaven and earth for us when we got in a pinch and needed to make our closing happen 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. The team was responsive, informative, and most of all they delivered. As other people have said here Alan is extremely knowledgable and sharp. I also like how transparent he was. I tend to verify things that are told to me and everything I was ever told by Alan checked out. I would recommend Alan and his team to anyone out there, especially if you are a first time home buyer like we were

  I highly recommend Kyle Koller and Alan Blood. They helped me take out a mortgage with awesome terms, much better than I had originally hoped for. This is the 3rd home I have purchased and this experience has been the best by far. Kyle guided me so I was able to get a lower interest rate and I didn't end up having to pay any closing costs. He responds quickly to questions and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

  Dave koller was our guy. Being first time home buyers my wife and I really didn't know just what to expect. Dave was great and helped us get started. He got us approved for our home loan, and even found this amazing program for first time home buyers that we just were able to take advantage of that saved us a bunch on the down payment.   I must say I was very nervous to buy a home, but Capital Financial Group made everything so easy! We closed in less than 30 days and didn't have any origination fees or closing costs! I loved being able to do everything via e-mail (except for the actual closing at the title company), it was so convenient and just made the process so much easier. Kyle Koller helped us and he was able to answer all of our questions and address our concerns, he really made us feel like we were a priority. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know!

  Alan and his team were incredibly helpful in educating us about the lending and escrow process during our first home purchase. They were able to help us figure out exactly what we could qualify for, and were always responsive. When we did finally put in an offer, they were able to get us a pre-approval letter to go with our offer that was individualized to the property and the purchase details we were offering, which our Realtor said was very helpful in having our offer accepted. Throughout the escrow process they were helpful as well in explaining everything that was happening. We will certainly seek them out in the future!

  Kyle (at Capital Financial Group) was awesome! His pricing crushed all the competition—and anyone who tried to play, he matched it. Not only that, he closed our loan in about 2 weeks, start to finish. He was super responsive in his communication and was always willing to walk through things with me.
