  Whenever I need to make deposits I always go to the branch and they are very helpful and patient! Sometimes my deposits/payments can be out of the norm on my accounts but they are always happy to help!

  Unfortunately the service was really slow. We were in the branch for more than one hour for a loan that was already filled out and approved by a different branch. They didn't know what they were doing half the time. I hope this improves in the future. Goldenwest is so dear to us but will work with other branches instead.

  Great staff and really kind. They are super helpful at answering all of my questions and we are planning on coming back to set up savings accounts for all 4 of our kids.

  I paid off one car with GWCU in 2013, another in 2016, and decided to apply online to save some time and I got approved, took may papers to the bank and because, at this time I am self-employed they denied even considering my income is 30% more than when they approved previously. My score is 753, my wife's score is 762. I closet my account and I got approved at Mountain America Credit Union with rate of 2.74% for 60. Now I undestand why there locations are so empty, they are denying for good people or they don't have money any more to borrow.

  Love golden west and the manager Jennifer is always on top of everything! Doesn’t treat you like another customer but actually tried to find what’s best for you.
