  With COVID-19, I chose not to open my account in-person at the branch and to instead do it online/over the phone. While it made the process a bit more complicated, Taylor Donaldson was extremely helpful and patient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My former bank made the process a little more of a pain for all involved, but Taylor was very patient and very understanding. She was on top of things and disseminated information in a very timely manner; I appreciated her solution-oriented approach to things, her attention, and overall help. She was very personable and friendly. I am glad I chose Utah First - it is clear they care about their customers based on my experience working with Taylor!

  I am constantly impressed with my customer service I receive when dealing with Utah First Credit Union! They are kind, attentive, and don't just tell you what you want to hear... They are honest and will ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!

  Always friendly and accommodating. Face it, the big banks (you know who they are - they spend enough on advertising, most of it bogus) don’t care about you. Isn’t it about time you made the switch to a credit union? And by the way, Utah First should be your first choice.

  From the beginning to the Carly Pitt was very professional and always answered all the questions I’ve had. She is remarkable at her job and deserves a raise, if not that, she definitely deserves a night out with her family at a restaurant. I trust Carly and I will build a good professional relationship. I plan to get a house next so I will use Utah First again because of employees such as Carly. Trustworthy, Reliable and Friendly. Thank you yet again for helping me with my purchase.

  I have had very positive interactions with the Utah First CU team. Carli manages the Woods Cross branch. She responds professionally and expeditiously to any requests or questions I may have. Her follow up is exceptional. Chris Smedley has also played a big part in my loyalty to the CU. Chris is very customer service oriented and follows-up in a very timely fashion the same as Carli. I highly recommend this financial institution.
