  I've purchased seven homes over the years and have always found the mortgage process to be the most difficult, painful and intrusive tasks...   Tom Menendez is by far one of the most knowledgable lenders I've had the pleasure to work with. He is professional, efficient, responsive, and takes pride in his work.   This is an awesome company. They saved us from losing the house we wanted. Another company Summit Mortgage missed our first and was going to miss the second closing dates, but we got in touch with Marilyn and in just 14 days we closed on this house. She had great rates and was willing to work with us and did NOT require you to send every kind of paperwork possible. If you want to close fast call this company and ask for Marilyn she will take care of you. Thanks for such a great job, Yahoo!

  Marilyn was exceptional from start to finish!! We could not have asked for a better service! Refinancing a rental property especially through the holidays could be daunting, but with Marilyn’s help, her knowledge and professionalism, the process was very seamless. Even though I was out of town for my wedding and honeymoon the entire process took less than 20 days from start to finish! With less paperwork and very reasonably fees, she is the absolute best. I will definitely be having her help with all our financing/refinancing needs in the future and I’ll recommend her to everyone. Thanks again Marilyn!!!
