  I called Sarah on recommendation from a friend and then originally chose her because she quoted the best rate out of 5 different lenders(She beat the next lender by about 0.5%) -- But what we got from Sarah and her team was worth far more than the few points she saved us. The transaction became complicated and multiple people on the Seller's side repeatedly dropped the ball. Sarah and her team had resources to deal with every situation and really came through for us. We couldn't have done it without her and I'm thankful we had her! I really cannot say enough nice things about Sarah and her team. The Mortgage Firm Tampa One was a shining star throughout this transaction.

  These days closing a loan on home can be very cumbersome, Chris and his team are very organized and made the process very easy. They do a thorough job and get the best rates possible. Overall the best home purchase I have ever had!

  Sarah Crickey knows her stuff! We had every problem imaginable that occurred in the transaction. Sarah kept me calm and in the loop, every step of the process. I do not think we would of obtained our home with any other broker. I will recommend her to every person I hear is purchasing a home.
