  I've been banking at this Credit Union for many years. The service is great and everyone is very courteous. The wait is never long the staff is very friendly. Special shout out to Rosalia is always helpful and the rest of the teller staff as well. Cemar the Branch Manager is also very nice and always willing to assist. I'm pleased with my relationship with FC CU

  My mom and I have been banking with Florida central for years. There is a lady named Jennifer who is always so helpful and very kind. This is our go to branch for all our need from now on.

  I want to share with you the pleasant experience I had earlier today.  I visited the Citrus Park branch for the 1st time and was immediately greeted by Dillon Johnson.  I explained what I was requesting and kindly said " Shouldn't be a problem, please have a seat".  Dillon then asked the necessary questions and began the process. While he was making his computer entries we had a enjoyable conversation, not small talk, but a conversation.  I felt so comfortable with Dillon I shared with him my health issues which forced me to retire early.  It's possible the process took a little longer due the time we spent getting to know each other.  That was fine with me. As we concluded our business I decided to move much of my banking over Florida Central. He is perfect example of what banking should be.   Dillon at the Citrus Park location is helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I had a very serious issue with my existing account. He made me feel calm. He assured me he’d fix it and he did. I’ve been a member for a couple years and have always had a pleasant experience at this citrus park location!!!
